Self-Defenses


Basic Self-Defense #1: 
Attacker:  Starts in ready left front stance
Defender:  Starts in ready horse riding stance
Attacker:  Right Lunge Punch to Face
Defender:  Steps back into left front stance performing a rising block, reverse punch to face with Kiya, return to horseriding stance

Basic Self-Defense #2:
Attacker:  Starts in ready left front stance
Defender:  Starts in ready horseriding stance
Attacker:  Right front thrust kick to stomach
Defender:  Steps back into left front stance executing a left downward black, double punch to face with Kiya!, return back to horseriding stance

Basic Self-Defense #3:
Attacker:  starts in ready left front stance
Defender:  starts in ready horseriding stance
Attacker:  right lunge punch to chest
Defender:  pivots 90 degrees into right side stance performing right outside block, left circular inside block and grab of attacker's right arm, right horizontal elbow strike to face with Kiya!, return back to horseriding stance

Basic Self-Defense #4:
Attacker:  starts in ready left front stance
Defender:  starts in ready horseriding stance
Attacker:  right lunge punch to stomach
Defender:  steps back into left front stance executing a left inside block, left hand grabs attacker's right arm, adjustment of left leg back as needed, pulls attacker while also performing a front thrust kick to stomach with Kiya!, return to horseriding stance

Basic Self-Defense #5:
Attacker:  starts in ready left front stance
Defender: starts in ready horse stance
Attacker:  Right lunge punch to chest
Defender:  Steps left and forward into cat stance performing right knife hand block/strike, right hand grabs attacker's right arm, pulls attacker while also performing right side kick to ribs with Kiya!, return to horseriding stance

Garriss Self-Defense #1:
Attacker:  Starts in ready left front stance
Defender:  Starts in ready horseriding stance
Attacker:  Performs right lunge punch to face
Defender:  Steps back into left front stance and executes a left rising block
Attacker:  Left Reverse Punch to face
Defender:  Right Rising Block
Attacker:  Right Punch to face
Defender:  Left Rising Block, Right front thrust to stomach
Attacker:  Bends forward
Defender:  Left Downward vertical elbow strike to back of neck with KIYA!
Attacker:  Falls down in prone
